Do you guarantee the delivery times?
No – in almost all cases we prepare and send out the goods on the day that the order is received (excluding Saturday and Sunday & Public Holidays) but we cannot guarantee the performance of the delivery services we use.
Deliveries within Australia can be one or two days late, so please wait a day or two before contacting us about late deliveries.
Deliveries via Amazon Fulfillment to Japan, Germany, UK and USA sent from the stock we hold in those countries can (rarely) be one or two days late, so please wait one day before contacting us about late deliveries.
International Airmail deliveries to all other Countries will be Trackable.
What happens if I do not receive my delivery?
You do not have to worry – once we have confirmed the delivery is lost we will either send you a replacement delivery or process a full refund according to your wishes. Fortunately, this rarely happens.
